Salient features of the Empretec entrepreneurship development workshops certified and delivered by UNCTAD are:
Entrepreneur selection: Entrepreneurs and key functionaries of organizations pre-selected by Empretec India will be further interviewed for final selection for the Empretec India Workshops, in keeping with UNCTAD’s eligibility principles.
Number of entrepreneurs per batch: 30
Duration of workshop: 6 days
Fees: A fee will be charged from participants. The fee will go towards the expenses of the UNCTAD Missions, training, certification, venue and meals and refreshments at the venue during the workshop. This does not include cost of travel to the venue or stay. Taxes, if any, will be extra.
Certificates: UNCTAD will issue certificates of participation after you complete the workshop.
Coaching and UNCTAD participation: 2 UNCTAD-certified International Master Trainers, along with two senior functionaries from UNCTAD, Geneva.
Post-workshop services: Entrepreneurs can participate in the UNCTAD Business Linkages Programme operated by IBF from Geneva.
Training of Trainers: Exceptionally suited and interested participating entrepreneurs – after meeting prescribed criteria – will be offered training by UNCTAD to become International Master Trainers.
